Digital Product Notice

SalaryUp is a digital service delivered online. Access to all features is provided immediately upon purchase. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Refund Window

New Purchases (Pro Monthly or Lifetime)

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, provided there has not been excessive usage of the platform.

Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges for monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you no longer wish to be charged, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Excessive Usage

Refund requests may be denied if there has been significant usage of the service (e.g., completing multiple practice sessions or generating reports). This helps prevent abuse of the refund policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@salaryup.dev with the following information:

  • The email address used for your SalaryUp account
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We typically process refund requests within 2-5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank. We want to resolve any issues directly.

If a payment dispute (chargeback) is filed, we may temporarily suspend your account access during the investigation. We will provide Stripe with relevant account and usage information to resolve disputes fairly.
