How to Cancel
You can cancel your SalaryUp subscription at any time from your Account / Billing page inside the app. No need to contact support or jump through hoops.
What Happens When You Cancel
Billing Stops
Once you cancel, no future charges will be made to your payment method. Your subscription will not auto-renew.
Access Continues
Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you paid on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you'll retain access until January 31st (or February 1st for monthly plans).
Account Preserved
Your account and session history are preserved. You can continue using the free tier features after your paid period ends.
Resubscribing Later
Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time from the Billing page. Please note that if you return after cancelling, you will be charged at the then-current subscription price, which may differ from your original rate.
Lifetime Access
If you purchased Lifetime Access, there is no subscription to cancel. Your access is permanent and does not involve recurring billing. See our Refund Policy if you have questions about your Lifetime purchase.
